By Dan Workman

Prior to laying down tracks, Dan and Eric and I would meet up at my house for what we called “TeePee Time.” (We got this name from the kid’s teepee at our house.) When we would “teepee up” we would drink MUCH coffee, and discuss song choices and general ideas for how to handle each choice musically. Dan snapped this photo of Eric and guitar in front of our butterfly painting, painted by my friend John Richardson(see “shouts outs” above). It is still undecided as to whether Eric was becoming Butterfly, or Butterfly was becoming Eric. Either way, there was real transformation a foot.
